Paksiw na Pata


Paksiw na Pata
Ingredients:

1 Pork Pata (front), sliced
1 pack dried banana blossom, (rinsed with water)
1 cup soy sauce
2 cups vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 garlic head, crushed
1 tbsp. peppercorns
4 glasses of water

Cooking Instructions:

1. Put pork pata and ingredients in a big pot and mix with hands
2. Add water, and bring to boil
3. Set heat to low and stir occasionally until pork is tender and sauce is reduced
